A quick weeknight recipe that everyone will love!
Sweet chilli sauce | 4 Tbsp |
Light soy sauce | 2 Tbsp |
Garlic clove | 1 piece |
Salmon steak | 3 pieces |
Prepare the marinade
Whisk sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a large bowl or shake in a ziplock bag.
Marinade the salmon
Place salmon in the marinade and cover completely with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap or seal bag if using a ziplock bag. Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Cook in the oven
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Line a baking sheet with foil paper with a bit of oil. Cook salmon without turning until browned in spots and almost opaque in center, 7 to 10 minutes.
Plate your dish
Serve with rice or steam veggies. Enjoy!
