| Honey | 3 tbsp |
| Flour | 5 g |
| Mango, diced | 1 |
| Strawberries, sliced | 6 |

Prepare the Yogurt
Mix the Greek yogurt with the honey.
Prepare the Fruit
Dice the mango and slice the strawberries into small pieces.
Soften the Rice Paper
Briefly dip each rice paper sheet in warm water until softened, then lay it flat on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of yogurt in the centre and top with the fruit.
Shape and Freeze
Fold the rice paper around the filling to form a smooth ball. Place on a tray and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
