Chicken breast | 2 pieces |
Satay peanut sauce | 1 btle |
Coconut Milk | 1 Tbsp |
Cucumber | ½ piece |
Carrot | ½ piece |
Burger buns | 2 pieces |
Marinade the chicken
Place the chicken in a bowl and add 1 Tbsp of SIAM satay sauce and 1 Tbsp of coconut milk. Mix well until chicken is evenly coated.
Slice veggies
Peel your carrot and cucumber and julienne them.
Toast the buns
Cut the burger buns in half. Gently toast in a 180°C oven until buns are warmed through and lightly crispy, about 5 minutes.
Pan fry the chicken
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the skin is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
Assembly the burgers
Spread some satay sauce on the base of your bun, then add a chicken fillet on top. Top with a good handful of slaw. Spread a little more satay sauce on your burger bun lid, then pop it on top of the slaw.
Plate your dish
Serve the burger on a plate alongside French fries.
